Hill endorses Own New Rate Reducer that opens the door to lower mortgage rates

The Hill Group is endorsing a pioneering scheme that offers exclusive access to lower mortgage rates, making it easier and cheaper for buyers to secure their dream home.
With mortgage rates available below 1.49 per cent through the Own New Rate Reducer, buyers can reduce monthly payments for the first two years.
